Families supporting a person with autism are often asked to make complicated decisions involving education, healthcare, services, benefits, employment, housing, and long-term care. Those decisions can become especially difficult when several agencies or service systems are involved at the same time. Having understandable information and knowing what questions to ask can make the process far less overwhelming.

Chosen Family Services believes families should feel informed and confident when making decisions for the people they love. Our role is to help families understand their options, prepare for important conversations, organize the information they need, and connect with appropriate resources. We bring the perspective of families who understand these systems personally, helping other families move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
